John Mitchell, CFP

John Mitchell, CFP is an experienced financial advisor serving a select number of individuals and families. His mission is to help his clients identify and align their personal values with their financial decisions and goals.

After completing university studies, John began his professional career with Mutual of Omaha and a short time later joined LPL Financial in 1994 as a Financial Advisor-where he continues to serve his clients. In 2007, after completing a multi-year, rigorous financial planning education program, John earned his Certified Financial Planner certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

He lives in Edmond, OK with his wife and three children. John enjoys volunteering at his church as a church planter, and in his free time is a cyclist and a Black belt/instructor in Taekwondo.

Susan Moore serves as administrative assistant for the office and manages the nuts and bolts of our operational side. She is the go to guru for account opening and maintenance. She also processes distributions and transfers. Although Susan majored in Early Childhood Education, her skill set complements our ever-changing industry and office very well. She is a quick thinker and a problem solver. Susan and her husband live in Guthrie, OK with their three children, two dogs and one cat. She is family oriented and very involved with their church.

Kelli Mitchell works to make sure that every experience you have with our office is a pleasant one.  A few of her main tasks will be creation and distribution of our newsletter, database management and client communication.  She and John have been married almost 25 years. Their three children range in age from college to elementary school. Her work history includes marketing and administration at several retirement communities, marketing with a national soft drink brand and civic work through the Chambers of Commerce. She studied Public Relations and Advertising at Oklahoma Christian. She is also currently serving on the Board of Education for Oakdale School. Kelli will divide her days between the office and their home.
